What happened after we received your package?
- As soon we receive your device a job number/ticket will be created for your repair. Once your device is entered into the system, you will receive automatic updates to your email.
- Once the repair is tested and fixed. You will be informed via email or phone call.
Payment
- You can transfer the repair cost to our business account.
- Once the payment is completed, we will send your device.
Note
- Some of the devices will be charged a $35 diagnostic fee.
- Please pack your device with a bubble bag or cardboard box.
