What happened after we received your package?

• A soon we received your device a job number/ticket will be created for your repair. Once your device is entered in the system, you will receive automatic updates to your email.
• Once the repair is tested and fixed. You will be informed via email or phone call.

Payment

• You can transfer the repair cost at our business account.
• Once the payment is completed, we will send your device.

Note 

• Some of the devices will be charged $35 diagnostic fee.
• Please pack your device with bubble bag or cardboard box.
