What happened after we received your package?

  • As soon we receive your device a job number/ticket will be created for your repair. Once your device is entered into the system, you will receive automatic updates to your email.
  • Once the repair is tested and fixed. You will be informed via email or phone call.


  • You can transfer the repair cost to our business account.
  • Once the payment is completed, we will send your device.


  • Some of the devices will be charged a $35 diagnostic fee.
  • Please pack your device with a bubble bag or cardboard box.
